HEAVY DUTY MECHANICS |
| Description: |
Carmacks Equipment Division requires HEAVY DUTY MECHANICS who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of heavy duty trucks and road construction equipment in a shop environment. Positions are available in our Nisku, NW Edmonton and Calgary shops.
Duties include troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, determining extent of repair required, adjusting, repairing, replacing parts and performing maintenance as required. Must be able to keep maintenance documentation.
These are hourly, permanent positions with a minimum 40 hour work week. Overtime required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MINIMUM 2nd year apprentice OR fully licensed heavy duty mechanic
- Class 3 Drivers License with air preferred & clean driving record |
